Heavy Goods Vehicle Technician

Based in our workshop in West Mersea, you will be working as part of a small team performing tasks such as; general repair and maintenance, in accordance with factory and industry standards. Running diagnostics on vehicles. Carrying out repairs on small to large HGV vehicles and reporting any concerns or issues. Liaising with the team to order replacement parts. Acting in accordance with health & safety standards. You may also be required to attend call outs to broken down vehicles.

Civils & Groundworks Estimator

£ Negotiable depending on skills & experience

We would like someone to join our team to support the continued growth targets by preparation of civils and groundworks tenders for projects up to £10m in value, including: Comprehensive review of tender scope and information. Undertake site visits and risk analysis. Take-off and measurement using 2D & 3D software. Obtain supplier & subcontractor quotations. Review outputs and programme requirements with Contracts Managers. Prepare costed bill of quantities using estimating software. Prepare tender adjudication and submission documents for review by the Managing Estimator

Multi Trader

£ Negotiable depending on skills & experience

Full Time

Located at various sites across Essex and the South East area, with occasional jobs in the SE postcode area. Visit clients to complete planned and reactive maintenance and repairs/work. A variety of trades including decorating, carpentry and joinery, plumbing, electrical, tiling, plastering. To liaise closely with Contract Managers and the team to ensure work is completed to spec. To follow and maintain health and safety requirements.

Plasterer

£ Negotiable depending on skills & experience

Located at various sites across Essex and the South East area with occasional jobs in the SE postcode area. We are looking for someone to join our team to: carry out general plastering work including coating internal walls and ceilings with different types of plaster, to be ready for decorating and coating external surfaces with appropriate materials such as sand and cement. To liaise closely with Contract Managers and the team to ensure work is completed to a high spec. To follow and maintain health and safety requirements.

Painter & Decorator

£ Negotiable depending on skills and experience

Full Time

Essex

Located at various sites across Essex and the South East area, with occasional jobs in the SE postcode area. Visit clients to complete planned routine re-decorations following maintenance repairs. Duties can include preparing surfaces for painting/wallpapering, painting woodwork, doors, handrails, skirting’s, ceilings. To liaise closely with Contract Managers and the team to ensure work is completed to spec. To follow and maintain health and safety requirements.
