Graham Chandler joined us in 2020, and alongside our team, has built upon this success with the continued improvement of our processes and education for all.

It goes without saying that we are committed to continued improvement in quality across our sites, offices and in the processes we employ.

As we all know too well, managing the day-to-day accounts in our industry is no small concern. Lynda Reid and her team navigate the requirements of their roles to ensure that all divisions and other support teams can keep fulfilling their own. Our commitment to treating people right is keenly felt and is an essential part of Lynda’s day to day decisions.

We are committed to being the best employer we can be. Our policies are set and monitored closely by our Directors and Managers to ensure we meet our regulatory obligations, whilst making the working environment interesting and fulfilling, and promoting the EJT ethos for quality of both service and workmanship. Gary Toublic co-ordinates our HR & Payroll function for our 200 strong team of people.

Kirsty Sherwin heads up our busy procurement team, which consistently delivers in the complex process of cost, efficient solutions and on-time logistics. This busy department is committed to securing the right products for our sites, cost efficiently and in line with our ethical values.

Our strong team comprises of Mechanical & Plant Engineers, HGV drivers, and a Yard & Stores Co-Ordinator. Another busy team which is key to the running of the businesses.

This is a growing team, which is headed up by James Taylor. The requirements on the IT systems provision increases endlessly as both the group expands, and technologies evolve. This team also works to improve on available external systems with in-house design and development for such things as our Lone Worker App, and our CCTV which is part of our own Group ERP system – Enterpriser. Our AI CCTV was developed with the Plant & Transport department and is used across our own sites, as well as hired to external entities.
