Leading the Way in Business Management and Finance Samantha is Managing Director of the EJT Group.

With her dynamic approach to this strategic role, she oversees all of our companies and provides leadership to our board, propelling our organisation towards continued success.

With a background in management accounting, Samantha’s expertise lies in accounts and finance. She brings this knowledge and skill to all aspects of her leadership, driving efficient and effective operations across our group. Samantha is committed to the ethical stance towards team and client, that has made EJT such a strong company for so many years and is working to maximise on the future of the group through controlled growth in well targeted work streams.

Bob’s journey in the construction industry began at a young age, working alongside his father and brother on weekends at EJT. Together with the rest of their family, they nurtured the business ethos, aligning it with their own values of honesty, integrity, quality, and professionalism.

Standing back from the day to day running of the company in 2017, but continuing with his duties to the board, Bob now concentrates on E J Taylor & Sons, our division dedicated to our longest standing client, Wickford Development Company. Bob’s dedication and expertise have been pivotal in earning the trust and loyalty of clients and employees alike, leading to strong, long-lasting relationships.

James is an accomplished and dedicated member of our board. Not only does he excel in this strategic role, but he also leads our thriving IT team, bringing together the talent of systems staff and in-house developers.

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for efficiency, James is currently spearheading the development of our in-house ERP system. As a leader and mentor, James inspires our IT team to continuously strive for greatness. His commitment to professional development and knowledge-sharing cultivates an environment of collaboration and growth.
